If you have signed up for a subscription to the allango buddy app, you can only cancel it directly via the app. You will find the instructions below:
Android devices:
- Please go to the Google Play Store and tap on your profile picture/avatar in the top right-hand corner.
- Select "Payments and subscriptions".
- You can cancel your subscription under "Subscriptions".
Apple devices:
- Open the allango buddy app.
- On the home screen, select the person icon and tap "Manage subscription".
- Your active subscription will be displayed
- Select the allango buddy app and cancel the subscription in the next window.
Please note: Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If you follow these instructions and no active subscription is displayed, you have not taken out a subscription via the account you are logged in with.
The allango buddy app is also available as a free version and does not automatically convert to a subscription.
