This is how you proceed:
1. go to klett-sprachen.de/anmeldung
2. click on "Möchten Sie Ihr Passwort zurücksetzen" below the password input box
3. enter your e-mail address and click on "Passwort anfordern".
4. you will receive an email from us confirming that you can reset your password. Click on the confirmation link in the email and assign a new password.
