Clearing the cache on your browser
- leads to the loss of the contents stored offline.
- leads to the loss of the saved login data in the browser, if applicable.
- leads to an inconsistent display in your "Offline content" list. Clearing the cache does not automatically clear the list of offline content. The contents must be removed manually or saved offline again.
Your browser default settings should therefore be checked with regard to automatic deletion of the cache and adjusted accordingly if necessary. If your browser is managed by your organisation or institution, you must contact your administrator.
