Here are the most common error messages that appear in allango during licence activation or while opening a digital edition, and what you can do if they occur:
Error code: 100. Invalid licence key. Please check your input and try again.
First, check that you are on the correct platform under www.allango.net. Each allango licence key consists of 25 characters, starting with EKS (e.g. EKS-XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Enter all characters exactly as they are written (case-sensitive, including hyphens and without spaces).
Error code: 101. Licence key expired. Please renew your licence.
If your licence has expired, you will need a new licence key to continue using the digital book. You can purchase a new licence key from the online shop at www.klett-sprachen.de.
Error code: 102. Maximum number of users reached for this licence key.
If you have purchased a multi-user licence, the licence key can be activated as many times as the number of licences purchased. Please ensure that the key is only activated once per account.
Error code: 103. The licence key has already been activated in another account and has been used up.
Please check whether you have already activated the licence key using a different email address. Licence keys can usually only be activated once and are then linked to the account in which they were activated.
Error code: 104. The licence is not compatible with the user role you are logged on as. Please check your user role in your online customer account or contact our customer service
Licences for Teaching Plus or Teaching Packages can only be activated and used with the authorisation role "Tutor". Please check your role in your account settings and contact our customer service team if necessary.
Error code: 105. The licence key has already been activated in this account. Access is possible via the library or the respective title overview page.
The licence is already active in the account you are logged into. Go to your allango library to open the book.
Error verifying licence. Please try again later."
Due to a technical issue, the system is temporarily unable to verify the licence key. Please refresh the page and check whether the licence has been activated nonetheless. If the book cannot be found in the library, please try again.
The PDF could not be loaded.
Due to a temporary technical issue, the page cannot be loaded. Please log out and close your browser. Then try again. Alternatively, you can use a different browser.
